Betty Lloyd Malcom Vogt, age 91, was born on Nov. 5, 1934, in Lexington, to Blanche and Leslie Lloyd Sr. She passed away surrounded by the love of the family and friends who meant so much to her throughout her remarkable life. 
On July 12, 1951, Betty married Dale Malcom. Together they built a life filled with hard work, laughter, adventure, and family. They were blessed with three children: Deb, Dave and Don.

Bertha M. ‘Bert’ Pedersen passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Avamere in Lexington with her daughter by her side. 
Bert was born April 11, 1932, in Oconto to Orel E. and Ethel C. Richey. She attended school in Oconto, graduating in 1949, having to stay in town with other family to attend school. 

Evelyn Marie Petersen of Cozad peacefully passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026, at Meadowlark Pointe Assisted Living at the age of 96. Evelyn was born Feb. 21, 1930, at Wood River, Nebraska to William and Lena (Bohnart) Callahan. She graduated from Shelton High School with the class of 1948. 

Kelva L. Devine passed away Friday, April 10, 2026, at Meadowlark Pointe in Cozad at the age of 95. Kelva was born Sep. 3, 1930, in Cozad to Elijah and Clara (Frazier) Beans. She was the fifth of six children. She grew up on a farm north of Cozad. 

Gerald (Jerry) A. Sharp of Cozad, NE, passed away on April 6, 2026, at Cozad Community Hospital at the age of 86. Jerry was born on July 28, 1939, in Lamar, Colorado, to Olaf E. Sharp and Helen J.  (Reyher) Sharp. He and his younger sister, (sis) Charla Rae Dunlap, grew up on the family farm northeast of Wiley, Colorado.
